1,000 Graduates of TVET-A's Institutes Recruited to Work
According to a program developed by the Technical and Vocational Education and Training Authority, 1,000 graduates from technical and vocational education institutes will be recruited.
Alhaj Mowlavi Ghulam Haider Shahamat, the general director of TVET-A, explained the details of the program at a conference at the government's Media Center.
He stated that 1,000 graduates from the technical and vocational education institutes will gradually be recruited as contract teachers in technical and vocational education centers.
Mr. Mowlavi Shahamat emphasized that the hired teachers, after completing one year of teaching in technical and vocational education institutes, are evaluated according to a procedure and then employed in the Technical and Vocational Education Centers as official teachers.
The general director of TVET-A added that the goal of this program is to support young professionals who have been trained in technical and vocational education centers.
Alhaj Mawlavi Shahamat mentioned that the program will also foster healthy competition among students.
He also elaborated on the TVET-A educational fields, stating that the authority encompasses 11 education sectors and 72 fields.
