د تخنيکي او مسلکي زده کړو ملي ادارې سرپرست الحاج مولوي غلام حيدر شهامت د 1403 کال کانکور ازموينې د ممتازو زده کوونکو د ستاينې په مراسمو کې ګډون وکړ.

دغه مراسم چې د پوهنې وزارت له خوا جوړ شوي وو، په یادو مراسمو کې د حکومت د کابینې غړو هم ګډون درلود.
