The TVET-A leadership meeting was held with the provincial technical heads

Alhaj Mowlavi Ghulam Haidar Shahamat, the general director of the Technical and Vocational Education and Training Authority, had an online meeting with the technical heads of the provinces and held discussions.

During this meeting, the technical and teaching cadre of the technical and vocational education centers were discussed.

At the beginning of this meeting, the general director of TVET-A directed the technical heads to make justice and transparency the basis of their work.

Mr. Shahamat stated that competence and merit are the keys to the system's success and should be given attention.

He also emphasized the role of dedicated and expert individuals in advancing technical and vocational education, adding that the success or failure of the TVET-A is directly related to its employees.

The general directorate of TVET-A also clarified that the promotion assessment of technical and teaching cadre members should be conducted transparently and based on justice.

Mr. Ghulam Haidar Shahamat emphasized support for the staff of the TVET-a.

During the meeting, some heads of the provinces like Baghlan, Takhar, Ghazni, and Zabul shared their opinions on the "qualification of teachers" forum.

The meeting concluded with a prayer for blessings.
