Short-term Vocational Course for the Deaf in Kabul
A three-month vocational course for the Deaf is being held at the Institute for the Deaf in Kabul.
In this program, 31 deaf students are being taught the profession of tailoring by deaf teachers.
Abdul Wadood Hotak, head of the organization of vocational programs at the Technical and Vocational Education and Training Authority, said that this organization has Special attention to the Deaf and Blind.
Emphasizing the effectiveness of short-term vocational courses, he said that the Technical and Vocational Education and Training Authority will also hold short-term courses for the deaf and blind in other fields.
