استاد رهنما در این برنامه درسی درباره اهمیت غذائی نبات سمارق و همچنین چگونگی آمادهسازی تخم آن برای زرع، به گونه مفصل توضیحات داد.
این درحالی است که کارشناسان امور زراعت و غذا، سمارق یا قارچ را به دلیل داشتن پروتئین طبیعی و ویتامینهای مختلف یک منبع غذایی مغذی عالی برای تقویت ایمنی، کاهش وزن و سلامت بدن میدانند.
