Holding a consultative workshop on the information systems of the Technical and Vocational Education and Training Authority
The mission of the information technology and statistics systems of the Technical and Vocational Education and Training Authority is to finalize the information system of this Authority, and a consultative workshop was held with the participation of 50 employees from various departments of the Technical and Vocational Education Authority.
Engineer Sharif Ahmad Rasikh, the head of the information technology and statistics systems, provided explanations about the information system of the Technical and Vocational Education and Training Authority.
The head of the information technology systems stated that the information system of the Technical and Vocational Education and Training Authority includes data collection, analysis, and reporting sections.
Mr. Rasikh explained the goals and advantages of this system, emphasizing timely access to information, preventing time wastage, and transparency in statistics and information.
This information system is being implemented practically in the Technical and Vocational Education and Training Authority with the support of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO).
During a presentation, engineer Mohammad Dawood Madkar, an expert in the statistics and information department of UNESCO in Afghanistan, explained various sections of this system.
Mr. Madkar stated that in this system, all information including student, employee, and educational center data of the Technical and Vocational Education and Training Authority is recorded.
He also added that in this system, "user" and "profile" are created for employees and students of technical and vocational education centers, and all necessary information is recorded.
The information system of the Technical and Vocational Education and Training Authority will be applied after finalization in this Authority.
