A ceremony celebrating the graduation of technical and vocational education centers in Kabul was held with the presence of government officials.

In this ceremony, Al Hajj Khalilurrahman Haqani, the Minister of Migrants, Sheikh Aminullah Abed, the governor of Kabul, Abdul Baqi Haqani, the director of the National Examinations Office, and some officials and representatives of ministries also participated and gave speeches.

At the beginning of the program, Mr. Mowlavi Ghulam Haidar Shahamat, the general director of the Technical and Vocational Education and Training Authority, spoke and congratulated the students on their graduation.

The general director of the Technical and Vocational Education and Training Authority added that young people are the future and assets of the country. He also added that "the youth of the country must be equipped with knowledge and faith."

Mr. Shahamat also added that the cost of educating young people is paid from the national treasury and its results should be used for the benefit of the country and its people.

He further stated that with the scientific and educational independence of scientific institutions in Afghanistan, this country will achieve remarkable progress soon.

He also asked the young people to stay in the country and strive for its prosperity.

Meanwhile, the general director of the Technical and Vocational Education and Training Authority said that all sectors, including the economy, agriculture, and railways, need technical and vocational education.

In continuation of this ceremony, the Minister of Migrants spoke about the importance of science and knowledge and said that all sciences are hidden in the Holy Quran and must be used.

Mr. Khalilurrahman Haqani added that young people must be equipped with Islamic beliefs and ethics and by using Quranic sciences, they should contribute to the progress of society.

Also, Sheikh Aminullah Abed, the governor of Kabul, emphasized the importance of technical and vocational education in the country and said that today's advanced societies are thankful for technology and vocational Knowledge.

Mr. Aminullah Abed added that there is no difference between a school and a madrasa and both should work towards the progress and development of the country.

At the end of this ceremony, Mr. Rafiullah Habibi, the Technical Head of Kabul Province, spoke and explained about the graduates.

Mr. Habibi said that more than 1,200 students from various fields such as electricity, technology, motor, mobile, journal economics, and agriculture have graduated.

The Technical Head also requested government officials to recruit specialized individuals from the Technical and Vocational Education Departments in their offices.

Other speakers also emphasized the importance of science and technical and vocational education in the country.

The ceremony ended with awarding certificates to graduates and praying for Afghanistan.
